Capital Improvements will continue thoughout the Summer and Fall to include:

• Pool transitioned from chlorine to salt water system
• Insulation/Ventilation to the next set of designated condominium/townhouses (dates to be announced).
• Balcony stabilization for this year has begun.
• Asphalt sealing being completed for the second portion of the property (dates to be announced)
• New roadway to be supplied to the area behind the north townhouses and all potholes have been indentified for repair (date to be announced).
• Gazebos roofs have been repaired ( main entrance and pool gazebo).
