Leasing of Units is prohibited as of November 18, 2013.  Units must be Owner occupied.
Units purchased before November 18, 2013 may be leased until sold.
Sub-leasing any part of the unit is prohibited.

Townhouse owners have garages for parking.
Each Condominium Unit has one carport / garage space.
Additional parking on the property is available.

It is REQUIRED for you to take out and maintain a separate policy:
(HO-6 “all perils “) to cover the contents and liability for the inside of your
Condominium. The Condominium is not responsible for this type of
coverage.
Banks may require flood insurance when providing a mortgage
